Refund Policy

Podium+ is a monthly subscription to PodiumOracle, run by BFT LLC. Everything else on the site is free. This policy covers Podium+ payments.
Cancelling
Podium+ is $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year. You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage subscription"). You keep Podium+ until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account cancels the subscription straight away.
Free trials
A first subscription starts with a free trial: 3 days for monthly, 7 days for yearly. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged anything. If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Refunds
- First purchase, within 7 days: if Podium+ isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, wherever you live.
- Charged by mistake: duplicate charges, a charge after you cancelled, or any other billing error is refunded in full.
- Yearly renewals: ask within 7 days of a yearly renewal and we'll refund it in full.
- Monthly renewals aren't refunded for the rest of a month once it has started, but cancelling stops the next one. If something went wrong with the service during your month, tell us and we'll look at it fairly.
- Where the law where you live gives you more rights (for example, to withdraw from a purchase), those rights apply.
- Chat credits have no cash value and aren't refunded on their own.
How to ask
Email support@podiumoracle.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge, or use the support link in your Stripe receipt. Payments are handled by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments, which may answer payment questions for us. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
